Great Websites

I found two great SA websites.  Toby Tower is speciality educational products and stationary for kiddos.  They have an awesome club that you can sign your kiddos up for and their facebook page have awesome giveaways.  Be sure to visit!  I signed Mouse up for the club and she received an awesome gift pack during last week.  Crayons, stickers and colouring in pages!  She loved it!

My second favourite find is the Art Bucket, perfect to keep all your Toby Tower goodies in!  This is an awesome idea by South African parents, they manufacture these wonderful sleeves that converts a plain 10 liter tub into an art centre!  Genius! 

I would love this in my home to keep everything in it's place!

Birthday Time!

My baby girl turned two!  Feels like just the other day that we got home from the hospital and she was this tiny little baby.  Now she is two already, walking, talking and such a joy and blessing. Here she is with Daddy just minutes after birth.

Two years ago my Dad {he was a Doctor} and my hubby was with when I went in for my C-Section, here's the proud grandaddy and daddy all ready in their scrubs.

I just love my beautiful baby girl.  She is really such a joy and blessing.  I just cannot imagine my life without her! I love her smile, infectious laugh and super curly hair.  I love the way she says mama and holds me tight.  I love the feel of her little baby body when she is falling asleep in my arms.  Love you baby girl!

For her birthday this year we had a pink butterfly theme.

I baked some cupcakes....

And a cake that I decorated with chocolate butterflies {I actually made them myself!}

I also made some butterfly sugar cookies...

The Party Boxes were decorated with butterflies that we made from egg cartons.  Mouse painted them and I just did the fine tuning.  I got the idea from my friend Jamie over at Momma's Playground.

I also made some craftfoam butterflies that I docorated with pom poms.  The pom poms I got from my friend Grietjie over at Joyful Mama's Place.  She sells the most amazing craft goodies!!

We had loads of fun.  These are just some of the pics I took.  Two very dear friends that actually know what they are doing when they are holding a camera took some more pics.  As soon as I get them I will post them!
