Cannot believe that it is friday already! We went to the library and saw this beautiful book by Eric Carle - not sure what the english title is, if anyone knows please let me know! ****Thanks Jenny for the correct title!**** It is about a little boy looking for his lost cat and he visits different countries seeing different cat species before finding his little cat at home. This was a huge hit in our house as Little Mouse loves animals, and the illustrations are so beautiful in true Eric Carle style!

How cool! I love Eric Carle. I'll have to see if I can find this in English. I love his style and Baby Girl loves animals, too (especially cats) so this would be wonderful! (I'm putting up the BFF post as I type this. We ended up having a few last minute things we almost forgot to do last night so this took a backseat. Oops!)

That looks like a cute book! Dawson is just now starting to like cats (he's always LOVED dogs and is starting to show an interest in cats now).
We never really got into his books, but I know they are usually a big hit with preschoolers.
